Established in 1932, Varisco has a long history of pump manufacture. The principle business revolves around self priming pumps and pumps suitable for pumping solids. Our main focus is on the progressive cavity range, internal gear pumps, self priming diaphragm pumps and self priming centrifugal pumps.

Progressive Cavity screw pumps

These pumps are used for liquids with any kind of viscosity that contain abrasives and a high percentage of solids.

The range is available in cast iron or 316 stainless steel, bareshaft or electrically driven.

Special ATEX approved versions and API676 versions are also available.

Viscosities up to 1,000,000 cPs

Pressures up to 30 bar

Self Priming up to 7.5m

Capacity up to 1,600 litres per minute

Self Priming Diaphragm Pumps

Self Priming mechanical diaphragm pumps are used for dense liquids that contain abrasives and solids in suspension.

The range is available in cast iron, aluminium and 316 stainless steel.

These can be driven by electric motor, diesel or petrol engines and air motor driven.

Can be baseplate or trailer mounted.

Sizes from 2" to 6"

Capacity up to 800 litres per minute

Pressure up to 15 metres

Solids up to 60mm

Simple construction for ease of repair

Positive Displacement Internal Gear pumps

Internal gear pumps are used for liquids with any kind of viscosity, without solids.

The range is available in ductile iron, WCB Steel and 316 stainless steel, bareshaft, electrically driven or hydraulic motor.

Special ATEX approved versions and API676 versions are also available.

Viscosities from 20 to 100,000 cSt

Pressures up to 20 bar

Capacity up to 5,800 litres per minute

Temperatures: Model V6 & V12 -40 deg C to +100 deg C

                            Model V20 & V25 -40 deg C to +150 deg C

                            Other models: -40 deg C to +200 deg C

                            HT Version: +150 deg C to +300 deg C

pH: CF8M stainless steel: from 2 to 14

       Ductile Iron: from 6 to 8
